  • In the paintings of Stanislav Blinov  we see obvious visual echoes of Futurism, Expressionism and the analytical method of Russian avant-garde classic Pavel Filonov.
  • Crystalline fragments grow and take shape in Blinov's paintings, delineating energy currents and lines of force.  
  • The artist is drawn to topical content. But he rearranges and stylizens his contemporary, "hot" subjects using the metaphoric and formal language of officially canonized art, in particular that of the early 20th century, for which the artist feels a special affinity.
  • For him, this period is the beginning of modern history and the source of all modern art prototypes.
  1. Born 1946, Leningradskaya, Krasnodar Region Painter, graphic artist. 
  2. Studied at Broislav Stasshevsk's studio at the Museum of Art in Donetsk (1964) and under Martiros Saryan in Yerevan (1967).
  3. Graduated from the Department of Painting, Nadezhda Krupskaya Regional Pedagogical University in Moscow (1968).
  4. Took lessons from Mikhail Trufanov in Leningrad (1969).
  5. Professor, corresponding member of the Accademia Internazionale "Greci-Marino",  Accademia del Verbano di Letttere, Arti, Scienze (Italy).
  6. Honored member of the Masaryk Academy in Prague (Czech Republic).
  7. Awarded the Franz Kafka silver medal (Czech Republic).

Nella pittura di Stanislav Blinov sono evidenti i riflessi plastici del Futurismo,
dell' Espressionismo e del metodo analitico di Pavel Filonov, 
un artista classico dell' avanguardia russa. I suoi lavori nascono a partire da colorate
particelle cristalline, che costruiscono la forom, compongono flussi di energia,
linee del campo. 
L'artista è attratto dai fatti d' attualità. Ma gli argomenti "scottanti" sono adattati e stilizzati per mezzo del vocabolario delle forme e delle metafore già canonizzate nell' arte dell' inizio del XX secolo, che gli è particolarmente affine nello spirito. Secondo I'artista, proprio questo è il tempo della storia moderna, edell' arte contemporanea.
